Weather Update 10-15-20193 MINS
Mild weather conditions will prevail for a few more days across Utah. A cold front will push into northern Utah on Thursday, but even with the colder air later in the day, morning temperatures will be warm Thursday due to the south winds ahead of the front. There will be some scattered rain showers ahead of the cold front into Friday morning, but amounts look to be light. Colder air moves in later Friday and through the weekend and when the cold air arrives Saturday, it will bring snow to the valley floors across the northern third of the state. That snow will last through Sunday morning as well. This will have some impacts on Saturday evening football games as well as the general deer hunt that opens on Saturday morning. Southern Utah will get missed by the precipitation but will have the cooler air.
